We have use sharp long / first mate for almost 10 years for service and maintenance and they have been great. Tim W and Archie just serviced our A/C and were fantastic. First Mate Heating and Cooling has serviced our furnace and cooling system for several years and they have done an excellent job maintaining our system and go the extra mile every time. We ran into an emergency when our system failed yesterday. Casey, our technician, was performing annual maintenance when he found a wire that had become disconnected. He reconnected the wire and got the whole system running again. Casey and the staff at First Mate are fast, reliable, and do an outstanding job!
