Our AC went out unexpectedly at 4:30p on a 90+ degree Saturday. We called several local places and no one could make it out for a few days. We called First Mate and they had a serviceman (Tim) out less than 3 hours later. Tim was incredibly professional, quick, and friendly, and after replacing a broken capacitor our AC is back to running great. First Mate just gained a lifelong customer - highly recommend!
