I have been extremely pleased with the level of service i have received over the last 6 years. They always call me to remind me if I am overdue for a service AND this time they called to remind me that I forgot to set a date for my latest service which was already paid for. They quickly schedule a time that worked for me and they arrived at exactly the time they said they would. First Mate always provides excellent service!! Today was no exception as Josh took the extra time to ensure our unit was clean and running at peak performance. Thank you for such awesome service! Levi was our tech today, 2/26/2025. He was amazing. There had been a miscommunication in the service needed. He made sure we could have the additional work completed the next day. Abby was very helpful and great to work with. I was not at home when she got there and she called me twice until she reached me and waited for me to get home. That probably put her behind but she was very accomdating. She looked up prices for me on filters and was patient as I called my husband to discuss and go over questions. She seemed knowledgable and confident and we would be delighted to see her again on our next service appt.
