I pay for the twice a year maintenance membership, so Alonzo was here for the fall check up. He was on time, professional, very transparent and showed integrity, which I appreciate. He also changed my filter (which they typically no longer do) so I was really appreciative of that!
Kevin was great! His thorough inspection of our system makes us comfortable that we'll have heat when we need it this winter.
Casey arrived on time and did a good job. He was very open to answering my questions.
We just had our furnace check up with First Mate. Our tech, Abby, was very knowledgeable and confident. She was very personable and answered many questions as she conducted her examination of our heating system. I could tell she enjoyed what she was doing. She was very thorough. Hope to see her back. I've not had a bad tech from First Mate.
