Kevin and his trainee were very pleasant and thorough. They know their job very well, kept me informed and worked quickly and efficiently. They have been to my house and installed my A/C unit and this time installed a new hot water heater. They are the BEST!!
We had our semi-annual service performed by Tavian of First Mate heating & cooling (summer service). His visit for service and follow up visit for some minor repairs were excellent. Ross responded to my home for checking and regular maintenance on my home HVAC System and to install a non programable thermostat. Almost 3 years ago when I arrived home following surgery, my A/C wasn’t working properly. My grandson arranged via Home Depot for service and they sent out Total Comfort who installed a new heat pump and A/C (for which I am still paying for).
