Had an issue with the Doctor's order...she took the time to resolve it so I wouldn't have to return...She was so kind and the draw was easy...
This is considered Hospital (outpatient) Laboratory and coded as such with insurance which is a higher cost than other labs. Even though sharp was In Network, They unexpectedly sent my labs out to Dr Kunda who is Out of Network and charged an extra $320 without notifying me or asking me if this was something I wanted to get an estimate on, no transparency
As a person who is so afraid of a blood draw I can sometimes pass out- I cannot recommend this place enough. Delilah was so sweet at the front and my phlebotomist was a male and he was AMAZING! So quick and painless, he was super kind and knew how to calm me down. Literally the first time I haven’t been bruised. This team is caring, professional, and prompt! I 10/10 recommend!
Small office, but staff is really friendly and efficient.
This lab just doesn’t feel right to me. This place seems very crammed, unorganized, and dirty. My biggest concern is the restroom. There is an old cardboard box full of collection cups on a makeshift table. The cups should NOT be stored where a million people can touch all of them before choosing one. The soap dispenser on the wall is broken, so they have an old watered down bottle of soap on the sink. The entire restroom feels dirty and not very hygenic.
