Wanted to get my own chef knife. This was it! Friendly staff and helpful finding my first chef knife. Will come back again!
The only people I trust with my knives! The edge is consistently flawless and they actually care about the work they do. There is a splendid selection of awesome knives on hand for sale too. It’s always hard not to leave with more steel than I came with
