Customer for life. Knife arrived with a mild imperfection, and they instantly made things right and saved Christmas. Very very solid guys.
We were in the Hamilton area and stopped in to check out the store. Didn't have any intentions of buying anything.. But with the friendly knowledgeable staff we happily walked out with a Takamura knife and sharing stone. I'll definitely be back

I really can't say enough about Gage and his band of merry men at the Hamilton location of Sharp. As a plastic surgeon, I thought I cared a lot about the importance and value of a knife, but I have nothing on these guys! Bought a knife as a gift and the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel rushed and they were thoughtful as we compared different brands and styles. I also bought a cutting board and I am very happy with it.
