Terrible parts service. I used their form page to try and order parts. I called the main phone number for 3 days, left messages or automated system would hang up on me. No one returned me email request nor called back. On the 3rd day someone in the office answered and asked who I was trying to get a hold of. I told her the parts dept and the lack of service i was getting. She then sighed and said she could look into the parts i needed, found them and finally processed the order for me.
