Wish all transactions went so smoothly! Called their office and Neily regarding problems with my Copystar copier...The problem was the faxes were not transmitting properly and stretching out the the letters to the recipients. Recipients were only getting half the transmission. Neily asked for a copy of what the printouts looked like. She said she get back to me after the technician determined the problem. The next day got a call and the technician said it was a feeder problem and said they could come to my office immediately... read more
