Sharp Health Plan just impressed me, again. (Every experience I've had with this insurance company has been extraordinary.) Frank E., a customer service agent was patient, professional and kind as he took me through the Sharp Health website so I could change my payment schedule. I've worked with several big name insurance companies over the years, everyone from Frank E. to my primary care P.A. Cameron Jones to my husband's new GI doctor Ana Maria Crissien Martinez. I'm extremely impressed. Thank you, Sharp!
Vanessa was so helpful in fact she went above and beyond by telling me when I call back I can ask for her and she will be more than happy to help me. I had called earlier and th first girl I had such a bad attitude and her tone was very short and unfriendly. Vanessa had a very kind and courteous tone and speaking manner. I was seen at Sharp Rees-Stealy Urgent Care Urgent Care in Santee on November 30, 2025. I received excellent care by the entire staff including the pharmacy that was able to fill my prescription within a short period of time in the same building where I saw the doctor. I was in a lot of pain so this was very helpful. I want to thank Dr. Eric Lovell particularly for his care.
