Today I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Mariann O. After calling this morning and leaving a voicemail about a denied claim, Ms. Mariann called me back. I could tell right away that her goal was to assist me with my concern, but she went above and beyond to not only resolve the denied claim but also another one that I wasn’t even aware of yet. She navigated our phone call with kindness and compassion. She was knowledgeable about the process and was able to answer all my questions.

I sent a message to Sharp asking for help picking a new doctor when my former doctor left the group. Hoping for response in a couple of days, I got a phone call the same day. The agent was able to find me a doctor close to my home who was accepting new patients in less time that it would have taken me. The frustration and anxiety left my body as the minutes passed.
