Agree with another reviewer...he will not show up to finish what he's already been paid for. Need to have an entire gate rebuilt that he was supposed to come and fix.

Get him to do the job before you pay him because if there is a problem or more work for him to do you will never here from him again. He will make one excuse after another until you just give up on him.
