Brian did an awesome job moving my propane tank. He explained things clearly and answered all my questions.
We called Sharp Energy, our propane supplier, because we smelled gas in the yard. They sent someone out right away. It was Josh O’Bier. In a word, he was excellent. He was patient, clear, consultative and a problem solver. Turns out there was a huge leak at the tank, and his alarm was clear. He got the leak repaired with a temporary fix, and a permanent fix will occur shortly. Cannot say enough about Josh O’Bier’s customer service and performance.
