Very disappointed! This organization is absolutely unprofessional and shameless. They don’t care about your health — only about money and keeping the system running. Nobody cares about the patients, they don’t follow up, they’re not interested, phone calls take forever to be answered, and the staff often have no knowledge or ability to help. If I could give zero Stars I would. I have never had such a bad experience with insurance in my life and I'm not young so that's staying a lot. This is the only insurance provided by my current employer so I'm kind of stuck with it but I would never choose it if I could. Between authorizations and games that they play. The absolute worst medical group to deal with. They DENY DENY DENY authorization routinely. I appealed with anthem based on what was CLEARLY stated as covered and won. Now trying to recover the money I had to pay out when it was denied and is now approved. They pass you from Peter to Paul.
