The job looks cheap and unfinished. I expressed disappointment with the exposed holes in the upright since this built in is in my family room. The only answer I got was that you could by some stickers or pegs on Amazon to fill the holes. Very disappointed with the lack of empathy and desire to ensure that I was pleased with the finished product. I needed a closet that fit all of my items and still aesthetically pleasing, Sharp Closets met that need. The response for a consultation was quick, I was presented with options and felt understood. The install was quick and I love the look! I will definitely work with them again when it comes time to do my other closets.
They were wonderful. Andre was our main point of contact and he guided us through the whole process and was very responsive to our texts and calls. I had four closets done - two bedrooms, one hall, and bathroom and they are beautiful and very functional. The pricing was great and the turnaround time from start to finish was quick. I will definitely use them again!

alejandro was a dream to work with! he was so quick to respond to my inquiry and to redesign my closet ideas. after the design was approved, he also was quick to schedule the install! it only took 2 hours for him to install my gorgeous closet (it was a smaller walk-in). highly recommend to anyone in the area!
