They fit us into a tight schedule on short notice; showed up on time, were very professional, and the carpet was very clean when they were done.
I was having some serious allergy issues in our new house, so I called Sharp to come out and clean our duct work. I can finally breathe in my house again - the difference is night and day! What an amazing group! They literally saved hundreds of dollars and my sanity! I had called another local company for their winter "special" which was a BIG mistake. When they came out the price went up 5 times over. Here I had all the furniture moved, family coming in the next day and panic sitting in. I have used Sharp several times. They do an awesome job! The carpets look great and the freshener used smells great. I work during the day, so they come and lock up when they leave. Awesome customer service! I was scheduled to have my air ducts cleaned on Monday. They called me yesterday to reschedule for today (a Saturday) due to the impending ice storm. They wanted to be proactive and not cancel at the last minute. Extremely impressed! Way to beat the customer to the call!!
I have used Sharp for my home as well as my business. They have always done an amazing job and very professional. My Daycare Center has 90 kids a day, parents and staff tracking all over the carpet. After Sharp cleaned our Center the carpet had never looked better and smelled like new! We will definitely be scheduling them regularly for all our carpet needs!
