School bus is constantly 20 - 30 minutes late, how is this acceptable? Children are missing out on learning time.
I'm very disappointed in this company. Consistently late picking up the children, attempting to drop them off at the wrong stops. Bus drivers are working off a piece of paper that has their routes rather than a proper device to assist them with the trip. Showing up on the wrong side of the road to pick them up, missing the stops, etc. My children have all come off the bus in tears many times over the last couple weeks and my daughter is ready to quit as bus patrol because they've been so awful.
