My daughter has been late to school every day this week to a new school. This afternoon we were not informed until after 4pm, that her bus was delayed. She picks up her younger sister from school near our house when we work. We got no update there was a delay in dropoff, called by the school for our youngest she is still waiting for her sister. Hired Sharpe Bus lines as the end of night shuttle for my wedding - they were the most reasonably priced considering the hotel was a short 10min drive from the venue. I received 2 confirmation emails the day before the wedding, yet the bus was no where to be found at the scheduled time. When we called the bus driver he was asleep and said he would be at the venue 24min late. It was very embarrassing to have all my wedding guests standing around for so long waiting for a bus at 1am. I am the owner of a small landscaping company that was doing work in a Kitchener neighborhood. A driver of Sharp hit a work vehicle of ours that was parked on a residential street. This event was witnessed by myself and others. The driver clearly knew he hit and caused damage as he got out and looked at the damage. He then proceeded to get back in the bus and drive on.
