Sharp Buss lines had hit one of our service trucks parked in Toronto. Jason Andrade a regional manager for Sharp has been allusive with dealing with payment for the repairs for over 5 months now, Jason called us form the scene and said they would pay for the repairs without doubt. The repairs were only 1400$, now Jason wants to go thru insurance after we have repaired the truck. I would not trust doing any business with the company.
Had unit 3641 cut me off at the last second with no care in the world. She continued to do it to other cars afterwards. Very dangerous driving for someone that carries kids.
Very pathetic service. Today we got email the bus is delayed by 20 min. but it reached before the delayed time on the pickup spot. I called them but they didn't listen. Even the driver was also rude. Due to this, most of the kids of our building missed the bus. This is not the first time most of the time it happens. Sometimes we got email of delayed of 20 mins but bus always came after 30 min.
