Very pathetic service. Today we got email the bus is delayed by 20 min. but it reached before the delayed time on the pickup spot. I called them but they didn't listen. Even the driver was also rude. Due to this, most of the kids of our building missed the bus. This is not the first time most of the time it happens. Sometimes we got email of delayed of 20 mins but bus always came after 30 min. Hello, As a driver I did my best to learn each and everything.i also did really good that’s the reason I continued coming to the class.all the trainers that I had were kind of depressed about the job they doing.susan and Loren was out of control with the job I believe.they don’t even let me talk. Driver is very rude. My son is a special needs child and this operator has been assigned to drop off. As per the schedule drop off time at home is 3:16PM. Yesterday driver is 16 minutes early and arrived @ 3:01 PM. He called me and started shouting that he is here. When my wife went to pick my kid ,Driver was yelling and shouting in front of my child.
