Driver is very rude. My son is a special needs child and this operator has been assigned to drop off. As per the schedule drop off time at home is 3:16PM. Yesterday driver is 16 minutes early and arrived @ 3:01 PM. He called me and started shouting that he is here. When my wife went to pick my kid ,Driver was yelling and shouting in front of my child.
