After being a VERY loyal customer of this car wash for many years unfortunately in December 2015 they damaged my car. There is no doubt they are liable as they found the piece ripped off my car in their "track" and told me they have a video showing the car was fine going into the tunnel and damaged on the way out. They accepted full responsibility until they found out the cost for the repairs. I was then told the owner, Doyle, refused to pay ANY damages. Horrible service! Do not recomend! The kids they hire to clean the vehicles can't do a good job! Just took my car there and the inside of my vehicle wasnt even clean... I had to clean it myself after I took it home and notice that the boy who cleaned my car didn't do NOTHING!!!!!!! Called the manager and he got smart with me! when he should had apologize for their employees not doing the job right!!! Rims Scratched and a VERY unhappy customer :( – I have a new car with about 4,000 miles on it. With NO scratches on it. I always go to Sharonville car wash because they do good work. Until now. This time I came out with all 4 of my rims scratched. I told the manager and he said that he had no clue how it happened, but it wasn't his fault. Great service, great wash, reasonable price! – I've been a customer for 10+ years. Great car wash - anyone who says otherwise must have ulterior motives. My neighborhood is less than 10 miles from this place and many of my neighbors go there. I've heard great things about their detial shop as well.
Never been disapointed - great quality, great price! – Love this car wash! My car always looks great when I leave - inside AND out!! Other chain car washes charge A LOT more and some of them only clean the outside. Nice to find a locally owned business that knows how to take care of their customers. 5 stars all the way!!!
NOT HAPPY AT ALL! – Service has gone downhill. They need someone to come in and train these people how to do their jobs... If you are going to provide a service... DO IT RIGHT! YOU DON'T ARMORALL THE TIRES, WIPE THE WHEELS DOWN.. THEN USE THE SAME TOWEL TO CONTINUE TO DRY A BLACK CAR! C'mon really?! Regular coustomer – I have used the Sharonville Car wash for 18 years. They are the best car wash I have found ANYWHERE. The service is compleet as they do the inside as well as the outside. Not a wham bam EXPRESS outside only wash. The towells are perfect and the conveyor is poly plastic. Sounds like the Escalade driver was trying to get some new rims and paint for a worn out ride they can't afford to maintain to me.
I'm so sad. They damaged my new Escalade :( – I took my new Escalade here. I asked them to be very carefule. They scraped my gorgeous chrome wheels on driver side pulling in. They must have had dirty rags or something because my paint looks like it was wiped down with a stone. The manager is friendly and will offer you free car washes if you complain but that doesn't fix my car and I would never subject it to this again. :(
Nice operators but AVOID if you can! Very expensive damage! – I have been going to this car wash for years. I have always given them another chance after previous damage they cause to my meticulous and expensive cars and go back. I can go a few times and not have a problem, then have a horrible experience. After today I'm swearing off of them for good! First they use multiple people to drive your car onto the rack which is where problems start. Some of the people are careless and will scratch your wheels. Not small scratches... read more
