After being a VERY loyal customer of this car wash for many years unfortunately in December 2015 they damaged my car. There is no doubt they are liable as they found the piece ripped off my car in their "track" and told me they have a video showing the car was fine going into the tunnel and damaged on the way out. After MANY years of being a faithful customer of this car wash in December 2015 they damaged my car. There is no doubt there were liable as they told me they have a video which shows the car going into the tunnel just fine and coming out damaged. They agreed to pay for the damage, however, when they found out the cost the owner refused ANY payment even though his son-in-law told me on the phone he was wrong and they owed the full amount for the damage. Horrible service! Do not recomend! The kids they hire to clean the vehicles can't do a good job! Just took my car there and the inside of my vehicle wasnt even clean... I had to clean it myself after I took it home and notice that the boy who cleaned my car didn't do NOTHING!!!!!!! Called the manager and he got smart with me! when he should had apologize for their employees not doing the job right!!! doyle an the guys do good work but stay the hell away from black tie detailing left my tahoe full of swirl marks nfor 153.00. Looked like a 12 year old waxed it with his dirty socks.....use shine n ride or sharonville car wash if you want it done right

Rims Scratched and a VERY unhappy customer :( – I have a new car with about 4,000 miles on it. With NO scratches on it. I always go to Sharonville car wash because they do good work. Until now. This time I came out with all 4 of my rims scratched. I told the manager and he said that he had no clue how it happened, but it wasn't his fault. I have a new car with about 4,000 miles on it. With NO scratches on it. I always go to Sharonville car wash because they do good work. Until now. This time I came out with all 4 of my rims scratched. I told the manager and he said that he had no clue how it happened, but it wasn't his fault. Great service, great wash, reasonable price! – I've been a customer for 10+ years. Great car wash - anyone who says otherwise must have ulterior motives. My neighborhood is less than 10 miles from this place and many of my neighbors go there. I've heard great things about their detial shop as well.

Never been disapointed - great quality, great price! – Love this car wash! My car always looks great when I leave - inside AND out!! Other chain car washes charge A LOT more and some of them only clean the outside. Nice to find a locally owned business that knows how to take care of their customers. 5 stars all the way!!!

Poor quality save your money This car wash has gone way downhill. I was in sales and used them all the time in the past and it was a great deal. They have raised prices and started doing a extremely poor job. The attendants don't seem to care about the work they are doing anymore. I did call them to report my concerns and the manager came up with a bunch of weak excuses. It looks like I am not the only one that has noticed this. Save your money and go somewhere else.
