Sharons Heating & Cooling is a good value I purchased a furnace and a/c system from them this past winter. A woman came out to give me my estimate and was very knowledgeable about the equipment and tax credits. She helped me choose the system I wanted instead of telling me what I needed. They carry the brands rated highest by Consumer Report, too. The invoice was for the same amount as the estimate and the installation took the amount of time I had planned. Furnace and air conditioner replacement In the 2008-2009 winter season my furnace begin to show signs of failure and it was soon apparent that it would need to be replaced. Great Service Had a new central air system installed by Sharon's. They had the best price, and the guys that installed the system did a great job. Making sure to keep my home clean while they worked. And when finished they went over everything with me. To insure everything was working properly. great experience from the beginning through the end.

DO NOT USE, if you have issues they'll ignore you! Well I literally live right next door to Sharon's, and even getting charged their full SERVICE fee's I never complained because I was typically happy with their service. Well in Oct. 2010, I was told I needed a new furnace. So after much calling, research, etc I decided to give Sharon's my business because of the Rheem rebates, incentives, etc. I was advised by their person Becky that she had to complete the rebates (though I asked what I needed to submit for them). GREAT Service! It was 8 degrees and 11am when my furnace went out. Called Sharon's and they made it out the same day. They fixed my furnace and changed me a great rate!

I would not recommend this company. I called them a month ago to give a quote for some duct work replacement in a 3 foot crawl space, person who normally does the quotes said she was sending someone else because she doesn't like crawl spaces. Guy named Rick came and kept suggesting just getting a new AC and Furnace and they would cut us a deal on the duct work. Received quote a few days later from owner Sharon for AC, Furnace and Duct work all in one. Responded to her email that we only wanted duct work quote and no resp... read more
