I researched a Therapist through my insurance and came across Sharona Stone. She seemed like a great fit for me so I booked an appointment a week in advance. I found out that she did not work with my EAP company and I told her I still wanted to go through with the appointment. My appointment was at 1pm and I did not get a response. I texted and called and got no response. I will not be using her, this is extremely unprofessional and honestly worse in her line of work to just ignore a patient that has booked time with you. If I could leave a zero I would. This woman is just horrendous. She worked with my daughter and managed to tear my family apart. Made an already hostile situation worse. She refused to communicate with me, my lawyer or another therapist about the care of my daughter. Not to mention there was absolutely nothing done to improve my daughters behavior or well being. How do I present a picture of the work Sharona and I accomplished? Writing a review of my therapy is not the same as writing a good review about a new microwave or toaster, although I could use a new toaster. Having said that let me in very general terms indicate the issues we tackled. Dr. Sharona is an excellent therapist! I highly recommend her for people going through a divorce or "starting over" in life. She is intelligent, caring, thoughtful, and adapts her methods to meet the needs of her patients. With Dr. Sharona's help, I was able to break some bad patterns, rebuild my self esteem, and positively start the next chapter of my life. I am very grateful for Dr. Sharona's compassion and expertise.
