A client of hers bought my house, then when closing time came around a breech of contract happened. No one should bid on a house if the money isn't available. Not locked up in a court battle. I didn't find out until I was on my way to Texas, my agent knew three days before hand and never told me until I was in Kentucky. I was homeless in Texas.
