I loved working with Sharon. Out of the blue I contacted her to let her know I was getting preapproved and told her I was interested in a listing I saw. She got us an appointment the very next day and we went from there. She answered my questions and let me know everything I needed to do. Less than a month later, I was the proud owner of a new place!
This is the second house Sharon has helped our family sell. Sharon was amazing. At one point, even rolled up her sleeves and worked alongside us to clean up the outside AND the inside the house to get it ready to show, which was totally unexpected. She guided us through the process so well, and helped us on the signing day when we had a family emergency that prevented the primary signer to go to the signing location. She arranged them to come to us!! Highly recommend Sharon!!
Sharon and I found each other a few three or four years back when my daughter was searching for a rental and she made a great impression on me. Flash forward, I contacted her again when my daughter and her husband wanted to purchase. Sharon was aweaome! The process was smooth and fast. They closed on their first home and couldn't be happier!
