I was experiencing lots of pain and they got me in same day. Rae provided a medical massage. She was an excellent listener and interpreter of my needs. I left feeling so much better afterward. I have requested several follow up weekly massages with her to help in my recovery.
I have had a mixed experience with this clinic. On the positive side, the doctor is knowledgeable, and the staff is generally friendly and professional. Unfortunately, several issues related to communication and billing have significantly impacted my overall experience. On multiple occasions, the doctor commented to an assistant, while I was present, that they could not understand what I had said because of my accent, rather than simply asking me to repeat myself.
