I’ll start by saying that Sharon was not my realtor and I have no knowledge of what her own clients experiences are. I was a seller and she represented the buyers for our home. I saw emails and text messages she sent my realtor that were extremely unprofessional (all caps to express her "anger" and "annoyance", etc.). I referred some of my friends to Sharon because they were relocating to Fort Bragg and she went above and beyond for them while they were living out of state. She did video showings and spent full days trying to find them a new place after they first home fell through. She puts her clients before herself and it shows. If you are looking for someone trustworthy with integrity Sharon is the right choice. Finding a home is difficult, finding it when you aren't even in the same state makes it even harder. Not only were we on a time crunch but were also very picky. Sharon was my realtor for both my first time buying a home several years ago, and most recently selling that home for me as well.
