Enthusiastic dental office, providing tips to ensure I only return for checkups. I just had an appointment, the team took great care following covid19 guidelines. Temperature check, mask required, sanitize hands, and a few questions on current health. Everyone working there was wearing their PPE taking all precautions.
Buyer beware - office staff / organization grossly miscalculated cost for process of care leaving our family holdng the bag at the end of the day. Ended up paying triple the amount orginally quoted prior to moving forward with care plan
Follow up to previous family post - again, buyer beware - upon calling to settle our family bill even though we were unhappy with the service rendered (particularly from the office staff), rather than simply taking our payment and updating the appointment schedule, the individual on the phone made excuses for having grossly miscalculated our bill (occurs when staff does not vet insurance thoroughly). My visit this week was very pleasant. The hygienist that worked on my teeth was patient and gentle. I felt very cared for!
The staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The hygienist, Colleen was sweet and knowledgeable and Dr. Y was awesome. My treatment plan was also not as expensive as I had anticipated, based on my previous experience elsewhere. I have found a new dentist!
