Sharon Sklar is a Rolfer, heart and soul. She is a bodyworker to cherish. I was lucky enough to start seeing her this April of 2026. At 75 years old I had my share of falls and surgeries. I've tried acupuncture, chiropractic care, massage, and reiki, but Rolfing with Sharon Sklar has been truly life-changing. The improvement in my posture has been the most noticeable benefit, but Sharon has also created more space in my body for deeper, easier breathing and helped me feel significantly less twisted and compressed. She's incredibly intuitive and expertly targets problem areas to provide lasting relief.

I'm 47 and have gotten a lot of body work throughout my life. Finding Sharon is such a gift. I was having trouble with my hip for over a year. I had seen other body workers without relief.
