Was the office accommodating when booking an appointment? Great Did the environment feel well thought out with a holistic approach in mind? Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy

The doc made sure every single question I had was answered. Her staff was welcoming and helpful. I was impressed with the quality of the treatment we received & the inexpensive & very effective medicine she prescribed. The doc answered all my questions. My feet & toenails are in much better condition since my first visit. I really appreciate that my heels are no longer painfully cracked!! I found her office, because they gave me simple, very clear directions and I printed out a map & directions at Google maps. My wife & I ha... read more

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!
