Dr Sharon Burke is an amazing medical professional. If you have to wait too long, it is because she is incredibly caring and thorough with each individual.
MY experience with Dr. Sharon Burke has been one of total discuss. Two years ago I was referred to her, by a Dr. at Franciscan Health Care. At that time her office was there at Franciscan. I went to her office and scheduled an appointment two months out, because she was supposedly so busy. On the day of my appointment I get a phone call from her office stating she had to cancel the appointment. Never attempting to reschedule.Two years later I get another referral. Again a Fiasco. Your opinion
Well you do wait long and if you have been going any length of time to Dr Burke you know this. You get the best with her. I just had cataracts removed and lenses put in no matter what you say she is the best.
She schedules surgeries and is always two hours late. She sets appointments in the office and is always one to two hours late so patients are seen up to three hours after their scheduled time. What makes her think this is okay? Her time is NOT more important than that of her patients.
I took my grandmother in for an appointment. We waited 1.5 hours before being seen by a technician, 3 hours before we saw Dr. Burke. UNBELIEVABLE. The doctor was nice and seemed knowledgeable, but there is no way we'll ever go back. Speaking to others in the waiting room and the tech, this is normal. RIDICULOUS.
The wait is ALWAYS unacceptably LONG! My sister has left the practice and I am also after today's Appt. I can't spend half a day at a doc Appt. My time is as precious as hers.
