In my experience with Dr Roas. She wasn't willing to Follow my previous Dr experience in my treatment. She changed my medications and was very slow to get my new medicine to me. Resulting in not having any medicine for 4 days .
I was 7 minutes late you have 15 min leeway from arrival time to appt time to check in. I still had 8 min. There were 4 people in front of me who were being checked in. So after my check in which was long because of a bogged down computer and the staff members inability to find my ins info and several calls unanswered to the back room. It was determined by this staff member that I was now 30 min late for my appt.. Actually it was pretty clear that they were bogged down.
