Incompetent physician, rude and unaware of her own demeanor when conversing with patients. It is frustrating that someone with this many years of experience and "expertise" is unaware of themselves and their ability to effectively establish a therapeutic relationship, communicate and listen to patients and their needs.

Best doctor I've ever seen. Thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, personable.
Dr Reinersten gave me a flu shot and then had me do blood work. when my blood work came back showing poor liver function, she kind of put me through hell sending me for all kinds of tests. When I gave it some thought before she was sending me off to a liver specialist, I suggested she give me another blood test because I figured it must have been the flu shot. She disagreed but allowed me to do the blood work again. It came back perfect. All for nothing but extra pay for the group. 0 stars..

Great doctor. Very nice, prompt and thorough. Addressed all my concerns and was able to take care of all my needs in one visit.
