The reviews on how disgusting these apartments are is accurate!!! Noisy neighbors 24/7, parents don't watch their kids and let them run all over the neighborhood, people are constantly smoking pot, there are rodents every where, appliances are seriously outdated, the apartments flood when it rains, pipes leak all the time, parking is horrible, there are zero amenities,the maintenance man is very unprofessional and does not know how to do basic repairs. I absolutely love my townhome, I have never lived anywhere that I felt more at home or that I felt like when I needed something done it was always taken care of. Laura answers my texts or phone calls no matter what time of day and Richard the maintenance man is always just a phone call away if something needs fixed and he does it right the first time. I couldn’t be happier with where I live!

Me and my son Andy have lived here in whitestone Village going on three years now. Its peaceful and quiet. Never had any issues. If your rent is paid on time and follow the rules you wont. The only people that have issues are ones who cannot follow the rules. When something needs fixed Richie gets on it promptly.
