Gretchen was our savior. We moved across the country to an area we had only driven through once. We weren't in a position to sell our home in CA first before moving, so we had lots of coordinating to do to make everything line up. The market around Rochester and the surrounding areas moves incredibly fast, and the real estate transaction is vastly different from what I was familiar with in CA. Gretchen was absolutely amazing. The thesaurus doesn’t have enough words to describe how happy we are with our experience. We are moving from out of state and couldn’t be local for viewings. She worked with us and FaceTimed for every house we looked at. She answered every question we had guiding us through the process, and trust me, we had a lot of questions being first time home buyers.
