I showed up for a cat scan w/o the Dr order, Ashley at reception took a lot of extra time to fax my Dr to get it. She kept me informed on the progress with a smile on her face the whole time, never once treated me like the pain in the butt I must have been. She's very sweet, helpful and respectful, lake medical is lucky to have her working for them.
There isnt parking anywhere not even at the bank. Good luck catching the golf cart guy when you have to park in the medical plaza. The walk from the parking lot into the building is hot and long. Watch for other golfcart drivers, cars and delivery trucks with all the construction going on there. This building always seems to be under construction in some way.
