Sharon Smith is wonderful! She spends time listening to our concerns and is very thorough. She and/or her team followed up with us after a recent hospital stay. I love that she has a case manager, Diane Blair has been a Godsend in navigating my elderly mom's care! She follows up with us promptly, and takes care of all our requests and has answered all of our questions.
