Sharon is one of the most caring people I have met. She always has my best interest. She doesn't rush me with appointments. She actually listens to me and what I am saying. She also keeps me in check which is a good thing for me. Her staff is beyond amazing, especially Jennifer. Jennifer has always been so nice and helpful. I also love the fact when I call them I get a return call the same day or next day the latest. On more than one occasion when I had emergencies she would make a same day appt for me.
After many years of the unknown and at the age of 55, and with the encouragement through my mentor and another friend, I decided to seek a doctor. I called my neurologist to ask about being tested for add/adhd. Dr, Spiegel recommended Sharon. I called them, and was able to get in the same day. I got reestablished today with Sharon and was extremely comfortable.
Sharon has seen a family member for the past year. She has guided us through a very difficult time and is responsive, pro-active and highly professional She has made herself available when there are times medication may need to be adjusted by scheduling an appt within one day to proactively address the problem. She is a trusted clinician and we are truly thankful for her time and knowledge. Her responsive staff is also highly appreciated.
It's alarming how impatient and uncaring the person is. She honestly seems as though she hates people. Her staff can be seen doing absolutely nothing around the office with the exception of Mike who I speak with more than my own doctor. I recently had a death in the family and she stopped me mid sentence to remind me I had little time left to listen to my problems. Even though I had this death she still charged me a missed appointment fee and asked for the schedule of the funeral.
