I said something that she apparently thought was stupid and she gave me a huge eye roll. A little more dialog would have been appreciated.
She spent a majority of the appointment giving unwanted and unwarranted sex advice (and continued even when asked to stop). Extremely unprofessional.
Terrible customer service! I have been going to this clinic for over 4 years! Never going back. Toth canceled on me 3 times in a row for no reason! I finally said look I'm very sick & need help, & got an appointment. I was late to it because of heavy road construction & traffic l. The receptionist was not nice or understanding. She would not let me keep my appointment because she said there's a 10 min late rule that I have never heard of in the 4 years I've been going there! I absolutely love Sharon and her whole staff! I have gone to Sharon for a few years, and I HIGHLY recommend her. She is so invested in her patients, and she truly cares about each one. I always leave her office feeling 'seen' and 'validated'. I love how invested her office staff is too. They always respond so quickly to phone calls and messages in the portal. I am so glad I found Sharon,and I will continue going to her as long as possible!
I was seeing her for about 4 yrs. I really liked her. I was going through alot of stressful situations. I came to her telling her I did not feel well. She tried to be a counselor instead believing me. I ended up in the hospital and I tried to schedule a follow up with her there wasn't any appts available.
