Rude ...same problem with charges...never again.
Great customer service! Worked mostly with Tom and he was so helpful. They also had more lighting available than what was available at the larger chains. Highly recommend Sharon's Lighting.
Tom is very customer service oriented. Helped me solve several lighting problems. Anything you need fixed in the lighting category, they can do it. Spare parts, they have it. I'm sure I'll use them often.
Best place to shop for lamp and lampshades if they don't have it , probably you won't find it anywhere.
