rented from them with little to no issues intending to renew my lease. However in the lease it requires a 60 days notice if I'm not renewing. I received a email a month after my 60 notice deadline had passed, stating that if I choose to renew I'll have to pay extra for the unit. Money I can't afford so now they either get my security deposit, or I have to renew at a rate I can't afford. Don't do business with them. Mr. ****, We am sorry that you you are feelin so disgruntled about your notice of a rental increase. Annual increases in rent are typical for most properties. We attempt to keep increases at 2%. It was the owner of the property who requested your increase. With regard to your damage deposit, are you assuming you will loose it? Kentucky law does not allow us to retain your deposit for anything other than damages and cleaning unless you agree. I would like to thank Lil Dan and Preston and I believe ED......my hot water heater went out Saturday and they had to order a part and did not expect it until wed however they were here first thing this morning and it is fixed. Thank you so very much....

The staff is excellent. Dan did a great job fixing my sink today. He was very professional. Took great precaution and sanitized very well. I felt safe and satisfied with his services.
Do not rent from them! 1. Prior to moving any of our stuff in, the place was filthy. Dead bugs in cabinets. Then, we realized that the house was infested with roaches. They lived in the walls and came out through the cracks in the baseboards. We had not moved anything in (because they didn’t have our apartment ready and needed to seal the bathtub). The office then accused us of bringing in the roaches, which ended up being a lie because the exterminator informed us he has sprayed multiple times for roaches before we even sig... read more
Through the whole process of getting our house Ed continued to be understanding of everything that was going on. He stayed late for us to sign the lease, they close at 5 and he stayed till 5:30 to make sure everything was gone over and understood. With the millions of questions I had he and the rest of the company never once sounded annoyed or were rude by it! I so far love renting with this company!
Everyone in the office is personable and friendly. Even though my purpose there was business (lease signing), I felt like I was becoming apart of a family. They shared stories with me. They understood my current situation and offered solutions and references. I feel like renting with them is going to be a good choice. The staff were very helpful in getting my moved in: all the paperwork necessary to ensure me of all that is expected of themselves, and myself. Ed ******, which was one of the leasing specialist, was very informative, and created an enjoyable experience!
