Have they closed? Phone is not working and they’re never open. Would b nice if they would customers know since we need our scripts refilled and can’t get n touch.
Pharmacy is disorganized. Has failed several times to provide regular, Automatic, guaranteed auto-renewed subscription fully covered by insurance. There's no reason we have to continuously contact these folks for script fulfillment. Will be reported to Board of Pharmacy in February if behavior continues.
I will not use this pharmacy again they took my copay off my debit card and I never received my prescription. The first time I called them they said my order would be arriving Tuesday. When Tuesday got here still nothing I called them and again and the lady tracked my package down and said it will be arriving Wednesday. Wednesday got here nothing I called them today and said I haven't received my package.
