Sharon Knaub is caring and always makes you feel comfortable. I have been dealing with stress and going to have a major surgery soon. She answered questions I have she is very understanding with her patients. Bless her a great asset to UPMC.
Everyone is always friendly and helpful, the clinical staff is knowledgeable and kind. It's nice to know there's still somewhere to go where they care about their patients we are not just a number.
