Great dentists and hygienist. Friendly staff. Minor point, I liked the beautiful pictures on tv in waiting room, appreciated info on invisible braces, but I could have read brochure.
I cannot stress this enough that this dental office and the entire staff have made me feel better and taken care of myself. They are an absolute pleasure, regardless of income, need, etc. It seems that they stay abreast of providing excellent patient care and customer service in every single transaction. This place is THE BEST!
Courteous and professional service, clear explanations of treatment plans, careful consideration of budgeting. Great all around!

Dr. Choi is great. She is so kind and makes me feel really comfortable during not so comfortable procedures. I also appreciate her taking the time to explain the procedure to me and show me photos of before and after.
I feel perfectly comfortable but I would have liked more explanation of what exactly was being done. I knew I was receiving 2 fillings but not much else was communicated to me this time around, last time, the doctor was much more communicative. Additionally, I know it makes sense for me to get the fillings and the cleaning in the same visit but I was in the chair for 2.5 hours back to back and felt awful after I left- I was nauseous and my jaw and mouth hurt. I would like to request that when I make an appointment with Dr. Albright, that I am able to see her and not another dentist in the office. This has happened several times and in my mind this is no different than seeing a therapist and walking in one day and being seen by a stranger. I was referred to Dr. Albright and have enjoyed getting to know her and her care of my dental needs. If she is unavailable in the future for an appointment I have made, I hope I will be notified so I can reschedule. That seems fair and professio... read more
