I received five star treatment.
Dr Albright's office emails and texts incessantly, which is helpful for an upcoming appointment. However, when they cancel an appointment, they only send one voice message. They don't text, they dont email,, they dont call once more to fallow up. It's frustrating because my appointment was cancelled and no one thought to confirm that I knew this. Every trip to Dr. Albright's office is as great of a trip as going to the dentist can be. It's not surprise that I'm finally not constantly skipping appointments because they make everything so easy from scheduling to understanding payments/insurance.
That was my best dental office experience ever! I felt like the evaluation was the most thorough I have ever received and I'm confident that I will receive great care in the future as a result of all of the documentation. The hygienist gave me great tips on the products I should be using everyday to maintain my oral health. I came home and told my husband he needs to switch providers since this is closer to home, but even if it wasn't it would be worth the time to come over.

Always really pleasant visiting Sharon Albright's office. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They have TVs with noise canceling headphones if you want to listen to music and are very prompt with your appintments

Best dental service I have ever experienced! Very high tech dental office! Extremely comfortable, and they really care about your dental experience! I notice their rates seem to be a lot higher than my previous dentist, but I'm sure it's worth it! I look forward to doing business with them!
