The doctor and the office staff are unresponsive. I have called multiple times to get a medication error corrected. Every time I heard "The doctor or nurse will call you back" but no one ever did. They don't know how to write out a pre-authorizaion either. I tried for over a month to get my medication corrected but gave up and went to another doctor's office that handled the medication and pre-authorization right away. They wasted my time.
The front desk receptionist is extremely nice
I have been in need of a new PCP and was afraid I would waste my time. Dr GEORGE IS PHENOMENAL SHE LISTENS AND TOOK HER TIME TO DISCUSS MY CONCERNS. I AM EXCITED TO GET EVEN BETTER WITH HER HELP NOW. THE STAFF WAS GREAT AS WELL. THANK YOU

I was looking for a new pcp for me and my husband and came across Dr. Sharon George. She listened to my issues and took action right away, she's very knowledgable and attentive! the staff are all nice and was welcoming. The office is very clean and welcoming also. I highly recommend her:)
