Great neighborhood for pets and very safe if you’re looking for a secure and cozy place to live with your family. And also recommend third floor if you are sensitive to footsteps like i am
I gave one star last year cuz of an ant issue I reported, but things gotten better this year so I am updating my review to four stars
DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have been waiting for 70 + days to get my security deposit back and have been given the run around by not only the leasing office but by Summer V the regional manager at Regis, the company who owns the property. She has not returned my phone calls or my emails in any sort of timely manner I have only been able to get her on the phone once in the past 70 days and thats because I used a different caller ID which she even acknowledged because my "last name was different and she did not know who I was". Great neighborhood for pets and very safe! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a secure and cozy place to live with your family. The only downside is that the rent is expensive
