My experience is generally good here but for the exorbitant price there's def room for improvement. Pros: - Safe area. - Friendly neighbors. - Helpful and responsive property management team. - Landscaping is well maintained. - Fun organized activities like summer BBQ Cons: - Very expensive. - Dumpster is not covered. Traumatizing experience everytime I go to throw out the garbage in the underground garage - you will be attacked by a swam of flies. We have been at Sharon Green for many years and a few times I have reached out, to the leasing office, on a maintenance issue. They responded immediately to a plumbing issue outside of our unit. In less than 10 minutes a Maintenance Engineer was at our door to review the issue ( On a Saturday!!). The Engineer reviewed the issue expertly and set a time table to repair. I loved my time living at Sharon Green in Menlo Park. The apartments are beautifully maintained with modern interiors and a comfortable, spacious layout. The property itself is one of the best parts—surrounded by trees and green landscaping that makes the whole community feel peaceful. The leasing team is friendly, responsive, and super helpful (thank you Oscar!) and the maintenance staff is consistently prompt and professional. Highly recommend Sharon Green to anyone looking for a great place to live in the Bay Area.
