We just toured the apartments with Oscar. He understood the brief and showed the exact apartments that fit the brief. Havent decided anything but the apartment looked good
I’ve lived here for 3 years and it was great! The neighborhood is just awesome. Very safe to walk around even at night. Safeway, CVS, and Starbucks being literally right next to the apartment community was super convenient. The only downside was the thin walls, but if you live on the 3rd floor, you won’t really experience any noise unless there are some maintenance work going on on the roof. Great neighborhood for pets and very safe if you’re looking for a secure and cozy place to live with your family. And also recommend third floor if you are sensitive to footsteps like i am
I gave one star last year cuz of an ant issue I reported, but things gotten better this year so I am updating my review to four stars
