I’ve lived here for 3 years and it was great! The neighborhood is just awesome. Very safe to walk around even at night. Safeway, CVS, and Starbucks being literally right next to the apartment community was super convenient. The only downside was the thin walls, but if you live on the 3rd floor, you won’t really experience any noise unless there are some maintenance work going on on the roof. Great neighborhood for pets and very safe if you’re looking for a secure and cozy place to live with your family. And also recommend third floor if you are sensitive to footsteps like i am
I gave one star last year cuz of an ant issue I reported, but things gotten better this year so I am updating my review to four stars
DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have been waiting for 70 + days to get my security deposit back and have been given the run around by not only the leasing office but by Summer V the regional manager at Regis, the company who owns the property. She has not returned my phone calls or my emails in any sort of timely manner I have only been able to get her on the phone once in the past 70 days and thats because I used a different caller ID which she even acknowledged because my "last name was different and she did not know who I was".
