Curt and Sarah helped us sell our home this year. I would be shocked if anyone knows the Georgetown/Westport market as well as Curt. He knows the properties, the owners, the history, the local businesses, and importantly, he has a passion for the area and what it offers. We were confident in his suggestions throughout the process. Curt Fish and Sarah Bourgoin worked with us for many months, showing us a number of houses and condominiums in our chosen geographical area. Once we decided on a neighborhood, price limit, and target size, they supported our patient wait for the right property to become available. They respectfully handled the price negotiations.
