If you have a unique property to sell in Largo, Sharon Deegan is the person you should contact to sell it for you. Five wooded acres surrounded by the city of Largo and less than 2 miles to the beaches, seems like it would be an easy sell. Not so if you do not want to sell to a developer. Sharon worked all the angles and didn't give up and never told be to reconsider selling to a developer. Sharon is the best and will do right by you.
