Mrs Davis was my property manager in Fayetteville NC who came recommended by a friend but proved to be very unprofessional. Never was consistent in receiving rent (didn’t know when rent was paid), didn’t respond in a timely manner to work orders, and very defensive when asked questions. Also when she was terminated, she charged me for two months because she said I breached the contract. UNBELIEVABLE! Never hire her as a property manager. You may as well burn your money. I wish I could give a star minus.
