My air conditioner isn't working—it's hot—and the maintenance staff just takes a look, does something, and leaves. Yesterday, I called the emergency line several times, and no one answered. I need my A/C working.

We have been in the Sharon Crossing community for over 3 years. The maintenance crew is very polite and friendly. They also keep the grounds very clean. The office staff is very friendly and care about their community. They are always there to support and help any way they can. Definitely will give them a 5.
Sandy the property manager is so nice and helpful.
