Bad communications. It was a terrible experience for me.
We used Sharon Carr Travel for a short, multi-city trip through Ireland. I was very happy with the service provided by Robby Vessell in developing a great itinerary given the short amount of time we had and the fact we were traveling with a toddler and infant (and their parents). He was very attentive to the details and extremely reliable and prompt with his communication.
