Health care in Ontario is not perfect and I think it’s incredibly difficult for doctors and health care staff to meet demands in the best manner due to the austerity cuts always aimed at our health care. Dr. Bal has mysteriously vanished & has not equipped her replacement staff with the appropriate work place environment to effectively execute on their job. Where are you Dr. Bal? Have you abandoned your patients? Edit: after posting this, I got a call from Dr. Bals office saying she’s available once every two weeks or so, and they’ve made a note that I prefer to see her… the mystery grows larger! Been with Doctor Bal since she started here in town. She is an amazing doctor, but for the passed few years is really hard to book an appointment directly with her as she’s never available….. the worst part of all of it is her replacement are not even close to being fit to replace her. Once I waited over 45 minutes to see the doctor when the office was completely empty. And Don’t let me start on the receptionist…. Every time you call it’s a guessing game hoping someone answer the phone.
