Sharon was amazing through the whole journey. We were pretty clueless with the home buying process. But she was able to assist us acquire a home a home with $23,000 in built-in equity. Negotiated $10,000 in closing costs to facilitate a lower interest rate. Also secured termite clearance costs to be covered by the seller. Obtained a $1,500 credit towards necessary repairs. And (best of all) Successfully found us a home in under 30 days.
