Disappointed with the care that I received from the office of Dr. Norman. Dr. Norman is known for being notoriously late. I was very disappointed how they respond to my chart messages. The office does not follow up with my chart messages from patients. The office needs to improve on their communication skills and not just leave patients in the dust with their concerns. I also feel like there is not a lot of continuity of care. You make an appointment to see Dr. Norman but you may just end up seeing someone different.
I have been a patient of Dr. Norman's for quite a few years. She is my family doctor, my daughter's doctor and now my grandson's doctor. She even delivered my grandson. Dr. Norman is very nice and easy to talk to. She knows her stuff and has a wonderful sense of humor. She makes you feel like you are her only patient. As an added bonus, her medical assistant and nurse are awesome folks as well. The response time on MyChart from her/her staff is excellent. The nurse always gets back to me in a timely manner.
