I could tell this consultation wasn’t going to go as planned when he logged on and seemed clearly annoyed with my case that he hadn’t even read. I sat on the zoom waiting for him to speak for about five minutes as he read my case . His whole demeanor was upsetting as I was trying to explain the situation he expressed to me in a condescending tone that he needed to educate me on my case. It doesn’t take much to be a nice or kind person.
