Good and responsive facility, good NP
Sharmin is heaven sent! She is one of the first health care providers I’ve ever met that truly listened to my concerns and went the extra mile to always be there and assist me! She’s made me feel comfortable, heard, and honestly cared for. Whether it’s in person visits or virtual visits she has the most AMAZING, CARING, bedside manner!! She’s truly the needle in the haystack.
This is the most unorganized doctor's office I have ever worked with. They don't seem to care much about their patients. I was referred to this doctor by a friend. On the way to the appointment, I got lost. They told me that because I would have been 14 minutes late, I would need to reschedule. I then received an email that I was a no-show and a copy of their no-show policy. I went ahead and rescheduled for 1 week later. I wish I could put 0 stars, I was denied medical attention, the reason I was given is because she has and stablished group of patients and she could not see me because I was not going to be permanently transferred to be her patient, what kind of FNP is this one that can deny medical attention to a patient?
